I’ve always been passionate about helping people. Through my own journey as a client in therapy I discovered that helping people who are struggling with their mental health to overcome their challenges and thrive was my dream job.
I completed my Master's Degree in Counselling Psychotherapy at Yorkville University in 2021 and have been working in private practice ever since. I'm so grateful that I get to sit alongside my clients and guide them as they embark on their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
To fill my cup, I like to spend time catching up with friends over a good cup of coffee, doing yoga, or curling up on the couch with my cat, a cup of tea, and a novel.
My approach to counselling draws from a variety of evidence-based therapies so that each session can be tailored to your unique needs. I believe that no two people are the same and that you are the expert of your own life. We will work collaboratively to develop personalized goals that address your concerns, empower you with effective coping strategies, and promote lasting change.

I strive to make this easier by listening attentively, validating your experiences, and working with you to develop strategies and coping mechanisms that align with your strengths, values, and goals.
